Dispatch the CacheEventArgs to the specified Listeners collection.

Syntax

	CacheEventArgs evt,
	Listeners listeners,
	bool isStrict
)

evt: Type: Tangosol.Net.CacheCacheEventArgs
The CacheEventArgs.
listeners: Type: Tangosol.UtilListeners
The Listeners collection.
isStrict: Type: SystemBoolean
If true then any Exception thrown by event handlers stops all further event processing and the exception is re-thrown; if false then all exceptions are logged and the process continues.

InvalidCastException	If any of the targets is not an instance of ICacheListener interface.
